Fiberglass woven roving is a heavy, coarse-woven reinforcement fabric made from direct rovings. It delivers rapid fibre build-up and excellent wet-through, making it the go-to choice for structural laminate construction.
Woven roving consists of heavy bundles of continuous glass fibre rovings interlaced in a plain balanced weave. The result is a coarse, open fabric with very high fibre weight per unit area — typically 200 g/m² to 800 g/m².
The open structure promotes rapid resin wet-through and thorough impregnation, critical when building up structural thickness quickly. It is commonly used alternated with chopped strand mat to build laminates with both high strength and good interlaminar bonding.
Our woven roving is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin systems, and carries silane finish for broad chemical compatibility.
Our woven roving is produced with consistent roving bundle density and precisely controlled areal weight. Rolls are wound tightly to avoid distortion and sealed for moisture protection.
We supply in cut lengths or full rolls, with custom widths available for high-volume production runs. RoHS, REACH, TÜV and ISO 9001:2015 certifications are standard on all supply.
All fiberglass woven roving supplied by NaikGroup9 carries ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH, and TÜV certification. Certificates of conformity are available on request and accompany all commercial shipments.
